Pricing FAQ
Are the bonus coins a one-time or a repeat reward?
Bonus coins are one-time per pack. The first time you buy a given pack you receive its base coins plus its bonus coins; every later purchase of that same pack credits the base coins only. Each of the four packs has its own separate one-time bonus, so you can claim all four.
What does “exclusive cosmetic” mean?
It is an appearance-only reward — a dye, weapon skin or mount look with no stats and no gameplay advantage. Cosmetic rewards are recorded on your purchase record and unlock in-game when the cosmetic wardrobe releases; they are not placed in your bag today. Coins, VIP days and Hero Stones deliver immediately.
How do purchases map to my inventory?
Grass Coins and VIP points go to your shared account wallet, so every character on the account can use them. Hero Stones are physical items delivered to your first character's bag — they cannot be sold or traded. Anything you then buy with coins (gem packs, bag and stash expansions, potions) lands in the bag of the character you are playing.
How long do the VIP days last?
VIP points decay by exactly 1 per day, and each advertised VIP day is credited as 1 VIP point on top of the points earned from the coins themselves. Your live VIP level, days remaining and next decay time are shown on your VIP status page.
Where do I buy a pack?
Inside the game, from the Shop tab — checkout opens right on the play screen and the game pauses while it is open. This page is a catalogue; the Get buttons take you to sign-in.
What if coins or items don't arrive?
Every delivery is logged and retried automatically, and payment retries continue for up to three days if our side is unavailable. If something is still missing, open a support ticket with your order reference and we will credit it manually.
Packs are bought inside the game from the Shop tab — sign in, create your hero and checkout opens right on the play screen. Bonus coins are granted once per pack, on your first purchase; afterwards the same pack can be bought unlimited times at the base coin amount.
VIP days are credited as VIP points that decay once per day, so your VIP lasts exactly the advertised time. Every Grass Coin purchased also grants 1 VIP point toward VIP levels 0–21. Hero Stones are delivered to your first character's bag.
