Aeon Perpetua (the "Service") is operated by Anitucai Ioan Bogdan, trading as Aeon Perpetua ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with Anitucai Ioan Bogdan. Contact: support@heroreturn.live.

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, and that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Aeon Perpetua is a browser-based 2D action role-playing game. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment within the account and plan you have selected.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, or harassment of other players;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of us or any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, scanning, scraping, automated clients, bots, exploits, or attempts to manipulate game currency, drop rates, or the trade board;
• resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service, or trade accounts or in-game currency outside the Service.

Grass Coin and all in-game items, currency, characters and progress are a limited licence to use digital content within the Service. They have no monetary value outside the game, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the refund process described in our Refund Policy. Some purchasable content contains randomised rewards; published odds are shown in-game before purchase.

Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for our orders and handles tax compliance, receipts, disputes and transaction-level customer support. Product support and account questions are handled by us at support@heroreturn.live.

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, game systems, artwork, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Where you submit content (such as character names or trade listings) you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service, and you confirm you have the rights to submit it. Rights holders can report infringing content to the contact address above; we will review and remove it where appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of progress, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your access and any unused in-game currency or items end; you may contact us within 30 days to request an export of your account data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, progress or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
