We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Grass Coin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which also acts as merchant of record and handles tax, receipts and transaction support on our behalf. To request a refund, contact us at support@heroreturn.live with your order email or the receipt you were sent at checkout, and we will process it for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and usually take a few business days.
What happens to refunded coins
When a refund is issued, the corresponding Grass Coins (including any bonus coins from that order) are withdrawn from your account wallet. The refund entry is visible in your billing history. If coins have already been spent, the wallet balance is floored at zero and items already obtained may be removed.
Randomised content
Some items purchasable with Grass Coins (gem packs, Mysterious Packs) contain randomised rewards. The published drop odds are shown in-game before purchase. The 30-day guarantee above applies to these purchases in the same way as to any other Grass Coin purchase.
